I have a 1.8.1 new forums community and I'm starting to create posts and threads for the users. 
I do not understand why I do not see the messages I edit immediately updated in Quick edit as I see in here - 

I mean if I wrote: "Hi!" and then I quick edit it with "Hi! My name is..." and send I will always see "Hi!" until I don't refresh the page!

Please, I do need support about this - I also tried and it occurs on another site I created with a fresh installation of 1.8.1

you got a cache problem, better if you contact your host and ask them to disable caching / make some changes to it.
Tell them the same issue as you told above, it will be fine...

At the end I could solve this problem. I only had to disallow the Send No Cache Headers function. It was the function that didn't allow me to see edited messages immediately.
