Hello,

I'm using MyBB version 1.8 and I've installed the theme Square.

The problem is I can't logout. (I need to delete the cookies)
The logout slidemenu doesn't show.

The second problem is, as you can see the avatar is bugged. But when I upload an avatar it gets fixed.
So this happens only when you don't have any avatar.

The avatar image bug happens to me too. I'm not sure why, because there is a default-avatar file in the images folder.
