Attachment types in admin CP doesn't support outside the domain urls
This just happens in admin cp 
<td class="first" style="" id="" width="1"><img src="../http://cdn.domain/images/attachtypes/image.png" title="Bitmap Image" alt=""/></td>

Once I updated it and tested uploading a attachment the image show perfectly
