I have one user who's not getting email notifications since the upgrade to 1.8.1. Anyone else getting complaints about this?
I did. Try set it to PHP mail instead of SMTP :-)
Make sure the email domain is the same domain as the forum because that can cause issues with emails not being received / sent. Also make sure they check in the User CP that their subscription method is email.
Also get the user to check their spam/junk folder just to be sure.
The poster suddenly started getting email notifications again. Perhaps it took some time for the upgrade to 1.8.1 to percolate through the systems?
