Where do you find the color setting for the grey/black bar at the top below header and below each forum name? I looked at several places in the template but can't find anything referencing the color.
Under Templates&Style>Themes>Default, scroll down and there you can find a picker from several colours. You can also define your own colour.
Doesn't seem to change what I'm looking for. I'm looking to change the background in the welcome back block (bar) below the header
ACP >> Themes >> Default >> global.css
welcome back block: find #panel .upper and change the background image or just specify any color
below each forum name: find .tcat and change the background image or just specify any color
