I have problem with caching !

every time I have to clean the caches by pressing CTRL + F5 in browser to see new database contents .
even in admin area I have this issue too !  my site data will not be updated unless I press CTRL + F5 .

Well, you can disable caching in ACP -> Configuration -> Server and Optimization Options -> Send No Cache Headers -> set to Yes and Save
