Is there a detail installation somewhere? None of the files are organized.

You should change the compatibility line with 1.8

open .... inc/plugins/games.php file and find below line ....

"compatibility" => "14*,16*"

Just replace it with below line.......

"compatibility" => "18*"

I hope it will work....  
Before do anything don't forgot to have a backup of your forum.
