yes - you can find inexperienced admins in ANY country, but in Poland inexperienced admins are found more often then in any other country.

yes Im Polish and thats why Im doing my best to somehow repair damaged reputation. This damage is being caused by inexperienced admins. Thats why I fight with them wherever I can.
