Does anyone know if MyBB 1.8 can be reverted back to 1.6?

do you have the files and db backed up before upgrading????

if not you cant revert back... if you have the backup, you can replace the files and db to go back but few members reported issues after they reverted back... why you want to revert to 1.6 in first place????

If you have a backup of both the files and database prior to the upgrade, there would be no issues reverting. Those reporting issues after reverting using a backup are doing it wrong.

The forum in question (sig link) is a new build on 1.8 so that's that.

@ mmadhankumar - Simple matter of theme availability.

There is no way to convert a 1.8 forum to 1.6.
