For add a User Title go to: Admin Control Panel -> User and Group -> User Title
Remember, don't allow user to edit the User Title or u're vulnerable to XSS

Change the MEMBER with <img src="link img"> and you can see in the forum your image and not only a title without nothing.
Hey, I know this thread is old but it still works however I have one problem: member list and profile pages.
I wanted to add something like <span id="">myTitle</span> and on postbit html is applied but on member list page and profiles it's like this:

you would need to do the modification from first post to the same files you want it to appear in. but i would not do it without finding a way to sanizating them.
