I had a thanks mod, but decided to uninstalled it, so I deactivated and uninstalled it using the appropriate button and afterwards I went into my hosting file manager to make sure there were no files remaining and there wasn't, but the settings group still shows up in the ACP, but with 0 settings. How do I get rid of it since I'm not going to use it?

On the screen you can see Modify Settings, click on it and then remove the group.

There are no buttons beside it to delete it.

Which plugin did you uninstalled?
