Enabling Moderate Posts on a user will ban the user instead and won't allow him to view the forums.
The message it will give is: "I'm sorry but you are banned. You may not post, read threads, access ..." and so on.
Instead of actually doing what's supposed to do, just moderate his new posts. And after a staff member approve his post, it will be visible to others.

EDIT: Now it's working fine. Strange. I will look into this.

Marking this as rejected. If someone notices something similar to this we can rereject it again.
