Where can I find the template for the above warning message?
There's nothing like it in the 'Error templates' section.

warning system has a templates group - Warning System Templates

edit: that looks like warnings_warn template

I just checked and it's not, but there is a call for {$warn_errors}, but there is no template named "warn_errors".

AdminCP -> templates and styles -> templates -> <your theme template set -> Error Message Templates -> error_inline template

I noticed that I can't use nested divs inside this template. Which made changing it considerably harder.
This is not really the end result I was going for, but it's the best that I could do with the limited options.
