Those are custom themes, you cant get them.
no there are not a custom themes i have seen more then two site in same themes.
They are custom themes. There are websites that illegally rip custom themes, resulting in other websites with similar designs. Ripped themes won't be endorsed, encouraged, or supported here.
May i know how your saying that all three themes i need all are custom themes.

You won't be able to use these themes on your website. Either the administrators have designed the themes themselves, or they've paid a high premium for a custom design. You'll either have to design your own theme, pay a designer, or buy/download an existing public theme from the
mod database (or purchase a theme from another resource such as
Audentio).
These themes are not available for 1.8 version, only 1.6 version, also the themes are custom and there are no way to get them unless you RiP them. Doing so will only cause you troubles.

^This, and I wouldn't go about trying to RIP a hacking community's theme, that would be a pretty bad idea none the less.
