MyBB Community Forums

Hi, I am pretty new to MyBB and so far I am very happy with it. I have one quick question. I have forum where I want to let other people, other than administrators, add forums and topics. Can that be done in MyBB? Is there a plugin I need or is it a preference somewhere?

Members can add topics like you posted here, posts too. But only administrator from Admin cp can add forums.

Topics can be added by any chosen group.
Forums require ACP access - you can create a mod group which will be able to visit only the forums section.
