I go to edit my groups but each group on the editing page, there is no submit button to save what i've edited xD

I have this same issue, any ideas how to solve this please?

1. ACP -> Configuration -> General Configuration -> Disable All Plugins? -> set to Yes and Save
2. Check if it fixed it. If yes, disable the setting and deactivate plugins one by one to check which causes it. If not, make sure all files are uploaded properly by checking ACP -> Tools & Maintenance -> File Verification.
