403 when add new post or mycode
the forum and dab moved from a host to other host
i changed the DB file to fit the new host
changed in the form files
settings.php
config.php
every thing else looks fine and working with no problem
will it happen when i add a code in the content as code or php code even in code box

why i have this next to my name
This user has been denied support
what did i do wrong ?
