I need a bump thread feature (like phpBB 3.1). User can bump thread without posting new reply

I wish I could find a plug-in for bumping.

I'm not sure if this would be easy to do or not, but how exactly does "bumping" work in phpBB? Is it just an easier way to create a "bump" reply without going through the reply process, or does it merely bring it to the top of the list without a reply?

I'm assuming additional settings for how many times users could bump threads would be involved as well.

I am sure this plugin works with 1.6.. however I haven't checked with 1.8 yet.. you can have a shot at it...

This plugin should works with 1.8 -> but it is not a complete solution
