hi,
i would LOVe to have a feature (maybe a button ext to edit post) where i could more a topic, or a post.
like, make a new topic out of a post. or
move a topic to a different forum.
is it possible?
This is already in MyBB. It falls under "Moderation Options" & Inline Post Moderation found at the bottom of the show thread/forum display pages. To make a new thread out of a post just split the post and move it to wherever you want.

When you view the thread, go to the bottom and select Move/Copy Thread in the Moderation Options menu. Then select the forum you want to move it to, and click Go.
If you want to move a few posts from a thread, to the right of the posts, select the checkboxes, and then at the bottom of the page in the "Inline Post Moderation" menu, select Split Posts, and click Go (x). Then select the forum you want to move those posts to, and click Go.
