We recently launched our old database backup due to a hosting problem.

And we're trying to remove one of the News bars we had put on the site before the issue, and when i try to remove it it comes up with a Forbidden Page to /admincp/index.php

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks.

assuming that you have no issues in navigating around the forum admin panel, it looks like mod_security
related issue. contact your web host and ask whether it is enabled & if so remove your forum from it
