I m noticing the submit registration is not working. Nothing happens when i click on to register to register a test account, as well as security question feature is not working. I have tried several times and in my acp for security question, and i m seeing that incorrect count or correct count almost nil.
I tried to change to default theme and removed cache from browser, and tried to register via many browsers, it only worked once and but rest of the time, nothing is happening. Click submit registration button, doesnt do anything plus security questions are not working properly. any help would be appreciated.
