which text editor is used to edit config.php file ? files should be saved as utf-8 without BOM
editor like notepad++ is preferred for modifying php files

^ edit the file again and ensure that there are no spaces & no characters before <?php
if there is option to save without BOM then select it to save the file

Nope, nothing happening, there was space before <?php so I fixed that but the issue is not fixed
