Hello,
After last update (1.8.3 from 1.8.2) I  find this error when I want to access the CSS files of my themes, in ACP/Templates & Style/Themes/Default (or other theme name):

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Form::generate_numeric_field() in /home/espresso/public_html/forum/admin/modules/style/themes.php on line 1507

What can I do?

You didn't upload the core files correctly, download a complete clean 1.8.3 package and reupload all files.
