i just want to know how can i scroll down with the container only
i mean without disappearing of the nav bar and background
i mean that even if someone scroll to the bottom of the forum the nave bar remain on its blace and the background image too
i really hope you understand what i mean

i have add this
background-attachment: fixed;

it seems to work but some how the black background covers it

try adding the fixed attribute to the body background... like this....

body {
background: #000000 url(images/revolution/bfbg.jpg) no-repeat fixed;
}
