When users are viewing a thread, below the thread they can have some links that are related to the current thread.

admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> Show Thread Options -->
Show 'Similar Threads' Table --> select yes
Similar Threads Relevancy Rating --> enter 4
Similar Threads Limit --> enter 5
