I want to know if making a group that has "Yes, users of this group are super moderators" checked only grants it the power to moderate threads and nothing else(no modcp access, bans, etc).
If the Moderator CP access checkbox is unticked then they can't visit MCP no matter if they're super moderators or admins,
Well what I want to know is if the only thing this option gives is the ability to moderate threads.
I'm trying to make a plugin which allows users to moderate their own threads, I was thinking of making users have this option enabled and then using hooks to verify if they are owners of the thread to see if I allow them to moderate the thread or not, that's why I'm asking.
