I'm trying to install a fresh copy of MyBB 1.8.3, but I get a 403 Error when clicking "Next" on the first step.

I've given the directories the proper permissions that I was told to in the installation documentation.

How can I fix this?

Kind of wondering if it's a weird ModSecurity rule that may have gotten triggered on accident. If you were able to access the start, then the rest should work just fine. Check your error logs to see if you can get more insight into this.
