I don't know what's going on but looks like I have style issues... See the  page here

The link text (e.g. Fields) gets too low in a line compare with normal text... How to fix it?

can you show the issue with a image
it is normal for me. hard refresh your browser (eg. press CTRL + F5) and check again.
And you should upgrade your forum to MyBB 1.6.16
