New users are accepted to the beta when a new version of the beta is released so that old bugs are not reported again by new users. So, there isn't an exact time frame. I'd say two weeks at the most, don't quote me on that.

You will be notified via this thread, Tikitiki will reply and say the following users have been added, etc.
