I co-run a semi-large set of Invision forums running on IPB 2.2, and since the announcement of Invision to increase license costs have been looking to change forum software to an open source package.
We have 3,316 members and 270,296, and would be keen to test your conversion software.

What justin said is false. We have the following converters ready for testing: IPB 1.3, IPB 2.1, IPB 2.2, phpBB 2, phpBB 3, punBB 1.2, SMF, vB 2, vB 3, MyBB (merge) and XMB.

Theres no set date. Whenever Chris Boulton gets around to it.
Testers are being added in rounds - if you haven't already noticed.
