Mass mail 'Total Recipients:' showing (in 1 case) 16 less than number (45) in 'Members of the following group...' picked as recipients ?
Where to look, if possible, for answer to why this is happening ?
Thoughts ?

Any other place/forum that might have some sort of answer to this question ?

And, to rephrase...
Mass email number of recipients not matching number of users in selected user group.
When send mass email and select user group as recipients, the number of email ‘Recipients:' shown at the 'Mass Mail Queue' is much smaller than the members shown in the list of users in the same user group at 'Manage User Groups’.
Thoughts ?

The mail queue shows the mails which have not been sent yet.

What about the number of mails shown just before you send a mass mail?
