because they making hack/exploit many games and also gone too far. they hacking people's data and etc. so can you take down?
How do you think the mybb team would take down that website? They maintain the code, not control/host the websites that run the code.
MyBB doesn't host the websites. They only provide the software, which is provided as open source and free software. As such, they are not able to take down websites that that use MyBB software. You'll have to contact their hosting provider to report malicious activity.
