For some very odd reason user cp isn't working!

Are you sure that the file usercp.php exists in your ftp?

I don't use FTP, I use cPanel, File Manager

Okay well log into your file manager and ensure that usercp.php does infact exist

the url should be http://chillerr.com/usercp.php but in the screenshot i see http://chillerr.com/ucp.php which obviously result in a 404...
