Hi in my Headerinclude template there are lots of jscript are added i dont know what works of that, i simply want to know which is required in mybb forum and what is other unnecessary.

are both required by mybb.
The jquery library and cookie is not mybb core and may cause issues if you are not using no conflict. I would definitely load them AFTER Prototype and general js.
should i remove that library and cookie ? this is in GOMobile template.
It depends; there is something in your theme that requires jQuery? Are you using my alerts or another plugin that requires jquery? If you list your plugins we could help further. A board url / member login is MOST useful.
I am using MyShoutbox in defult template not in gomobile template.
And i am not using anything in GoMobile Template except Announcement Bars, Hide URL From Guest, Who was online today, Google Seo.

If you are not using SCE Editor in GOMobile you can probably remove jquery. That is a LOT of plugins though, and I cannot know for sure how many are depending on JQuery. Do you have a sidebox on your main pages made with jquery? If you are not using that in GoMobile you can probably remove the cookie.js as well.
For any further issues I need a site url; its easier to check.
