MyBB Community Forums - Sign up not working

I was using MyBB 1.6.* and after updating to MyBB 1.8.1 sign up is not longer working. Once the form has been fullfilled and we press the button "Submit", it appears a error showing the page has not been found.
Here you can see what I mean:

Any idea about how to solve this?

You're using a 1.6 theme with 1.8, they don't work so good together.
Try registering with the default theme an then use a 1.8 theme here. http://community.mybb.com/mods.php

I did but still have the same problem so there should be another reason...

could you please run a file verification from ACP >> Tools and Maintenance... ignore any errors related to image files..

or try deactive all plugins

I disabled all plugins and ran a file verification an still same problem. Now it says "An unknown error has occurred." because I disabled the Google SEO plugin.

You shouldn't just run it, we expect you to post the results here of course.

Also, if it's not a plugin and all MyBB files are not modified, it means it is the theme. Now you're using a clearly broken default theme. Either recreate it: http://community.mybb.com/thread-158870-...pid1100165 or download a 1.8 compatible theme from here: http://community.mybb.com/mods.php?actio...ory=themes

I didn't post any result because all file were identical.

Thank you for your help, it's resolved now. It was an theme issue. Now with a 1.8 compatible theme, signing up is working properly.
