I can't seem to find where you give users reputation in the theme! Help!

when you look at member's profile, reputation is displayed below member avatar
see this image. on clicking that there should be a link to add reputation

posts on thread page should also have a button for adding reputation for the post
and also member's reputation number & link below member's avatar (see this image)

But how do I give a user rep? When I click details there is no option?

rate user link (with image) should be visible near top right of the reputation details page.
you have to look at other member's reputation details to see the link.

It's where .m. said.  make sure you ain't viewing your own profile as you won't see it.
