So when ever I install a plugin my screen goes white and only basic URL's show. Does anyone know how to fix this?? I saw a random user IP that was on a forum that I had yet to "display" on the forum and then banned the IP. Does anyone know a fix?
A white page would indicate an error with the script. Check your error log, there's likely a bug in the plugin.
IP addresses and domains are public information and are often crawled by various bots, even if you haven't directly made the site public yet.
It doesn't sound like you've been hacked.
