I keepgeting this when I try to install the new upgrade, I initially contacted filezilla but they have referred ne back to you, this  is whaTt Iam getting when I try to download the up grade :

Please help!

It's exactly as it says. Either your FTP username or password is incorrect. Filezilla is only an FTP client -- you need to get your credentials from your web host.

i apologise if I seem confused but my IT knowledge is very limited and I am having great difficulty with this. I feel I am being passed from FileZilla and yourselves with no-one actually answering my query in a language I understand. I thought as my forum was supported by myBB and it is with myBB I am trying to upgrade to 1.8.3 that the web host would be yourselves. "

MyBB doesn't host your forum. MyBB only provides you with the forum software, just like Filezilla provides you with the Filezilla FTP client to connect to FTP servers.

It looks like your web host is probably GoDaddy -- does that make any sense to you? You should contact them for your FTP details.
