How can I configure my board to disable soft delete? My moderators team only wants hard delete. Thank you.

Please start following any rules/procedures here/on github.. 1.8 support questions should be posted in any of 1.8 Support subcategories, not in a random location like new github issue or 1.8 Suggestions forum.
