Hi,

Just a few little q's if I may.

I want to be able to add a number of email addys so that when a post is made and upon approval, the post is then sent to the additional addy's - is this possible?

Does that make sense?

Also, can the forum be placed 'on hold'?

Lets say I want to do some maintenance on the site; I want to be able to set it so that when anyone visits it will show a maintenance page i.e. 'Currently, we're update the site'

I worry about the inection issue with MySQL - has this been fixed?

Also, does it have a 'captcha' to stop bots?

when a post is made that can be sent to a limited number of emails (not to many) by using a free plugin.
forum can be kept on maintenance mode and privileged group members can do required maintenance.
new version of MyBB is released with security fixes as soon as possible.
MyBB 1.8.3 is free from earlier versions known vulnerabilities.
captcha system is available along with security questions for new registrations
