Hi we installed myBB here: http://www.theparashoot.com/parashooters
We tested the registration with the captcha and it worked
However another user tried testing it and it did not work
But it kept giving him the same error message "The Are You Human Game was not completed please try again"
What's the problem?

admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> General Configuration >> CAPTCHA Images for Registration & Posting

Are You A Human Captcha requires its keys. if you haven't got them then get them from its website

or select another method (eg. MyBB default captcha) for registration at above setting

ACP->CAPTCHA Images for Registration & Posting
Are you select [Are you a Human] ?
If yes, you need input publisher key and Scoring Key

Done. However, it now asks a new user to play a game (instead of 2 plus 2 equals 4) - is there a way to make it a human captcha with just 2+2 equals 4?

you can select another method (eg. MyBB default captcha) for registration at the settings
