Please anyone clarify my doubt...

I hosted my forum on XAMPP locahost, while i checking the functionality of my forum, i tried to add buddy list to my profile, but i cant.

My doubt was is it possible to add buddy list when site in offline or not?

Please respond my friends...

users have option to accept / reject buddy requests.
if other users' accounts are set to accept all buddy requests then they can be added directly without their consent.

user control panel >> edit options --> Messaging and Notification -->
Automatically accept buddy requests (if the checkbox is ticked, a PM is sent informing of the new buddy connection)
