I've seen it on some MyBB forum where they can add glow and effects to their thread prefixes.

Before you post how to add colours I know how to do that I want to add like glow and sparkle 

I'd like to add this...

ACP >> Configuration >> Thread Prefixes >> Add New Thread Prefix

enter your code in the Display Style field... replace {username} with the prefix name...
