Hello friends!

The IP of the new members registered as marked as the IP of my server, instead of the user's IP.

With that, I have no way of knowing the IP of the new users.

Is it some configuration or a bug due to upgrade from the previous version 1.6.13 to 1.8.3?

Do you use CloudFlare as this is the cause of most IP Address issues.

Admin Panel >> configuration >> settings >> Server and Optimization Options --> Scrutinize User's IP address?
--> select Yes & save settings

No, I don´t use any CDN...

I think there must be some Nginx configuration because I realized that it all started after I installed Nginx in server.

I'm trying to figure out why.
