Whenever I try to go to the help documents or MySubscriptions on /misc.php, it automatically re-directs to the index.

What I've tried:

Re-uploading misc.php

ACP -> Configuration -> General Configuration -> Disable All Plugins? -> set to Yes and Save -> check help documents again. If that works, share your plugin list. If not, show your .htaccess file.
