I actually tried this on the MyBB forum (this General Forum, as a matter of fact). I selected subscribe, but when you go into the cp, it says, "you're not subscribed to anything"
Sure enough, I've been getting emails notifying me of new posts in the General Forum, but when when I go unsubscribe, it just says that I'm not subcribed to anything.
