The support on myBB is unbelievably amazing (just wanted to point out).

Anyway is it possible to do a full back up of my forum? Like if anything happerns I can recorver everything even the plugins?

put forum offline and take backup of files and the database & then turn forum online
web host might be having full backup facility - you can use that
