at the database manager, navigate to structure of the users table and open indexes.
you can see that huge uid number as cardinality for the key names primary & user name
change that to correct value of latest user id

^ at the bottom of that table there should be a indexes button. clicking on that shows the indexes.
you can edit the suggested two indexes to represent correct latest uid
