If I wish to reinstall MyBB, is there a configuration file for all the settings I've made in the CP that I can save? So I don't have to go through setting all the parameters all over again when I reinstall?

./inc/settings.php is an optional cache of the settings in the database (mybb_settings) so you'll either need to export that table and import it after, or manually re-add the settings listed in ./inc/settings.php.
