The Thanks button has been messing up MyAlerts and all of the alerts and changing to "7:00 PM" and look like this below.

I haven't had any experience with that plugin, so I'm not sure if it does anything to the dates at all, but it would be pretty weird if it did. Does this happen when the plugin is disabled?

When the plugin is disabled. The Alerts work perfectly fine. 

yes that was fixed on the latest 2.4.3 and las revision for MyBB 1.6.x series right now is on version 2.5 and only for 1.8.x series compatible with MyAlerts 2.0

That error was fixed on that release and is a very easy way to fix it only you have to remove dateline reference when alert was called via plugin.

Review that but not use on live forums until Euan T and others can say is a good time to do it, only use for test purposes...
